SamenInGeld Crowdfunding platform

The crowdfunding platform SamenInGeld was looking for a reliable partner in carrying out payment transactions of investors and periodic restitution to investors. The search of the founders of the platform selected Intersolve. Intersolve is an electronic money institution under the supervision of the Dutch central bank, De Nederlandsche bank, and set up an eWallet platform, so that crowdfunding platforms can carry out safe payment transactions and repayments. SamenInGeld processes all transactions with the online payment system created by Intersolve.

What is SamenInGeld?

In the summer of 2015, the SamenInGeld crowdfunding platform was introduced. A unique concept within the world of financing real estate. It is a solution to address the economic developments in the world, in particular the stagnating house market for rented property. The platform therefore focuses on financing property by means of crowdfunding. SamenInGeld concentrates on investment properties that are let to private persons, such as care apartments, student accommodation, studios and apartments.

SamenInGeld: safe investments with high interest rate

SamenInGeld was founded by the mortgage adviser Luuck Kalverda, business coach Gijs van der Woude and (online) marketing consultant Angelique Kalverda. They saw the development of crowdfunding as an increasingly popular form of financing and an increasing reticence among banks to provide mortgages and financing. At the same time, consumers are looking for ways to increase the return on their savings instead of keeping them in a savings account with virtually 0% interest. Crowdfunding is a solution: investing in property (usually) commands a higher interest rate.
